Affiliation Procedure

Step: 1 Download application form from our official website www.rvesdrf.org
Step: 2 fill the application form according to guidelines mentioned in the application.
Step: 3 submit filled application along with the required documents by visiting our administrative office in person or send through courier/post to our registered Office address.
Step: 4 The submitted documents will be directed to our verification team. The verification team will scrutinize received documents along with duly filled application form.
Step: 5 After completion of successful verification, you may need to pay inspection Fees in the form of cash/cheque/ DD in favor of RVESDRF ,VADODARA ,GUJARAT and our inspection team will visit your premise. Inspection team will cross check the correctness of information provided in the application. If any deviation found, RVESDRF may reject the application.
Step: 6 after inspection, RVESDRF Board of Directors will give temporary approval to the Vocational Skill Training Center (VSTC) and MOU will be prepared. Approval VSTC shall pay affiliation fees in the form of Cash/Cheque/ DD in favor RVESDRF of RUSHIJANA VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT RESARCH FOUNDATION, VADODARA GUJARAT MOU should be signed by both parties.(authorize person from Vocational skill Training Center and RVESDRF official)and the original copy will be kept with VSTC.

On Successful completion of these steps, you will be recognized as “Vocational Skill Training Center” VSTC and framed VSTC Certificate with VSTC code will be send to your office within 10 days.
