Eligibility Criteria For Affiliation

1. VSTC should be properly register under governing body.
2. VSTC should have minimum of one year experience in conducting vocational training for the student who have completed at least matriculation level.
3. VSTC shall capable of enrolling at least 50 Student in year.
4. Teaching faculties must be properly qualified, professional and trained. Detailed bio – data of teaching staff should be submitted.
5. Student – faculty ratio shouldn’t be more than 20:1.
6. Class room should have enough space, proper and adequate ventilation and lighting should be provider for theory and practical class rooms.
7. Proper practical lab facility should be provided.
8. Number of students in each class room should not exceed 120.
9. Sufficient no of hours for theory and practical classes should be maintained in the institute.
10. Should have commitment for providing quality training to students.
11. Adequate toilet and urinal/water facilities should be provided.

Terms & Conditions

1. The agreement validity with VSTC shall be for a period of 1 year agreement should be renewed and renewed and renewal fee may applicable for the subsequent years. RVESDRF will take the decision on renewal by considering VSTC Academic performance.
2. VSTC shall run the business with RVESDRF for at least a period of one year
3. RVESDRF name and logo shall be used only for RVESDRF Approved Courses
4. A prior approval should be taken from RVESDRF for using RVESDRF name & logo for advertisements.
5. The affiliation is non-transferable and should not share with any other institutions
6. Shifting of the existing institute premises should not be done without informing RVESDRF
7. Courses name and duration should not be changed by the institute without permission RVESDRF student Assessment From to submitted from all students to RVESDRF every year
8. Violation of any rules and regulation of RVESDRF may discontinue the VSTC agreement without any prior notice.
